4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling charges depend on event stage, vendor commitments, and non-refundable third-party costs at the time of request.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely approvals, accurate event details, and required documents to ensure smooth planning and execution.

6. Liability

Tavix Events coordinates with trusted third-party vendors; however, delays or service issues caused solely by external vendors, force majeure, or regulatory restrictions remain outside direct control.

7. Intellectual Property

All original proposals, planning documents, designs, and execution concepts shared by Tavix Events remain protected and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, with jurisdiction in/around Chandigarh.
